Level 1: Basic Bookkeeping Services

For small businesses or startups with simple financial operations and low transaction volume.

Services Included:

  • Data Entry: Accurately recording all financial transactions
  • Bank Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Quarterly income statement and balance sheet preparation.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Efficiently tracking and managing payables and receivables.


Pricing starting at $200/month



Level 2: Comprehensive Financial Management

For growing businesses with more complex finances and higher transaction volume.

Services Included:


  • Data Entry: Accurately recording all financial transactions.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Bi-monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Monthly preparation of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Tracking and managing payables and receivables.
  • Expense Tracking: Categorizing and tracking expenses for detailed analysis.
  • Payroll Management: Processing and tracking payroll for up to 10 employees. 



Level 3: Premium Financial Solutions

For established businesses with complex financial needs, requiring full-service bookkeeping and advanced financial management.

Services Included:


  • Data Entry: Recording all financial transactions.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Weekly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Bi-weekly preparation of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Tracking and managing payables and receivables.
  • Expense Tracking: Categorizing and tracking all expenses.
  • Payroll Management: Processing payroll for up to 20 employees. 

Pricing is based on the scope of work. Setup or Cleanup is billed at $50/hour, then transitions to a flat monthly fee. Level 1: Starting at $200/month Level 2: Starting at $500/month Level 3: Starting at $1,500/month Custom packages available to suit your unique needs.
